The main goal of a Holland Career Test is to help you identify your dominant personality type(s) among the six RIASEC categories. Different Holland Personality Types thrive in different environments.
For instance, Artistic personality types find the most joy in unstructured, creative settings where they can freely express themselves, such as in roles involving design, writing, or the performing arts, while Conventional types thrive in organized, rule-based environments that prioritize precision, order, and attention to detail.

Conventional types are detail-oriented, organized, and dependable individuals who prefer structured environments with clear rules and procedures; they are often drawn to careers in administration, accounting, data management, or other roles that involve planning, organizing, and maintaining systems.
